Editor’s Letter The financial markets have begun to settle down once again, following the upheaval of recent weeks. The added bonus of a reduction in interest rates is a definite step in the right direction, in helping to rectify the current financial climate. This current interest reduction should begin to boost confidence in all sectors at a time where borrowing is not getting easier. The reduction will help everyone, giving the market place and consumers much needed positive impetus. Presently, it seems that the housing market is stuck in a cycle that will not be broken unless the Government, external bodies and organisations within the property industry, join together in providing a cohesive solution to tackling and the deep seated economic issues of the housing market.
